Unlike HoldemManager, PokerTracker doesn't allow us to add rakeback earnings, welcome bonuses, leaderboards winnings, etc.
To keep track and display them in graphs and statistics (e.g. for ROI calculation including rakeback) we need to use fake hand histories.
This tool generates fake hand histories easily: just fill in the fields and submit the form, download the generated files and import them.
WARNING:
This tool may overwrite existing hands if a duplicate tournament/hand # is entered! Use it at your own risk!
If it's your first time using this tool, please read the following instructions carefully (click to expand).
It's a unique ID, usually assigned by the poker room to each tournament or cash hand played, eg: 123456789.
To avoid overwriting existing tournaments/hands it is extremely important to enter an ID that does not already exist in your database.
Check the column "Tournament #" or "Hand #" in "Statistics".
If you import a hand history with the ID of an existing tournament/hand, original results will be overwritten and lost forever (if you didn't keep the original files)!
When importing fake hand histories, it is common practice to start from 1, then 2, 3, etc (leading zeros will be added automatically).
If you plan to use this tool multiple times, select the "save my information" option in the "helpers" section below: this will automatically increment the tournament ID by 1 each time you generate a fake hand history.
Whatever "tournament description" you'll enter below will appear on PT4 in "Statistics", "By Description" tab.
You may want to assign a type (STT or MTT) and one or more flags to your fake hand histories, so that they are included (or excluded) in a filter.
It's not possibile to do it after importing a description that didn't already exist, so you may want to create it first.
In PT4, right click on an existing tounery and click "Edit Tournament", then on the wrench icon next to "Desc" and click "Add Description".
Fill in your desired type, flags, etc and save it with the same name you'll enter below.
If you want to change something in the history files, you must do it before importing them in PT4. Just edit the files with any text editor.
To delete an already imported history, in PT4 go to "Database", "Purge hands", open the "Tournaments" or "Sessions" (for cash) tab and select what you want to delete. Then click on "Purge selected".
Please refer to the official PT4 documentation on db purging for more info.
